Rex Sinquefield on KMOX

KMOX‘s Charlie Brennan sat down with Rex Sinquefield to discuss his take on St. Louis Public schools’ deed restrictions, which prevent closed public schools from being sold and reopened as Charter schools for the next hundred years.

This interview offers a great explanation of the many harmful effects of the deed restrictions that the Special Administrative Board (an appointed, not elected body) placed on closed public schools; for students, families and communities who want to get involved in improving education.
